How works ?
When admin view order and
- change status to "Shipped" extensions will show 2 fields (Tracking Number and Carrier )
- if tracking number is added and is selected and carrier (delivery company) extension will generate order comment based on defined template
- notify customer option is auto selected
Now if admin save order history customer will see details about shipment
